Chose ServiceWise over Remedy and Oracle because of the TechExcel's extensive Web features, flexibility, and ease of configuration

Wanted access to the database schema to create custom reports and integrations

TechExcel runs on Oracle and MS SQL Server, and the database schema is available

Allows Taleo developers to create custom reports, applications and integrations using existing data
